Perhaps you love the look of orange flowers in your home but want your floral decor to last longer than fresh flowers. Or you may want floral decor but you are allergic to real flowers. The good news for you is that you can create arrangements including or made entirely of artificial orange flowers. These flowers are available in craft stores or online, and come in most every size, even miniature.
Ranunculus Spray
The artificial mini-ranunculus spray has two-toned orange flowers in shades of light orange and deep orange. Buds of this flower are 3/4-inch long while flowers themselves are 1 1/4-inch long. Leaves of the spray are bright green and slightly larger than the flowers. Stems of the artificial mini-ranunculus are long, with the whole spray measuring just under 23 inches in length. This type of artificial flower is useful for flower arrangements as well as bouquets.
Mini-California Poppy
The artificial mini-California Poppy has thin, wispy leaves that are deep green in color. Blooms of this plant are delicate and deep orange in color with dark brown centers. Artificial mini-poppies are 1-inch in diameter and bloom in clusters atop long stems. The whole artificial mini-poppy piece measures 26 inches long.
Mini-Mums
The silk mini-mum bush is a miniature version of a live large mum bush. This plant has flowers in shades of both light and dark orange, making them two-toned. The bush itself is 16 inches tall and is made of deep green silk foliage and 2-inch silk blooms. The bush can be used as is or individual mums can be clipped off and used in arrangements.
Mini Rose Buds
Useful as filler in flower arrangements or bouquets, or used alone for bouquets, these artificial orange rosebuds look just like large roses in miniature. Stems and leaves of these plants are deep green. Buds are pale orange and come several to a small bush. The bushes may be used as is or individual buds may be clipped from the bush to use in arrangements. Artificial orange mini-rosebuds measure 1-inch in length.
Mini Calla Lily or Petite Baby Calla Lilies
Orange mini calla lilies are taller than some miniature flowers, standing 21 inches tall. Stems are long and deep green while blooms are deep orange tinged with pale orange and some gold. Flowers of the mini calla lily measure up to 4 inches long and are graceful-looking. These flowers are ideal for tabletop arrangements or on bouquets. For an even smaller variety of this lily, try artificial petite baby calla lilies. These flowers measure only 2 3/4-inch in length while the plant itself is 14 inches long, making it ideal for corsages, boutonnieres or cake decorating.
