Hotels Nearest Supai Az

Supai is a small village located at the bottom of the Grand Canyon.


Supai is a census-designated area, meaning that it has a permanent population for census purposes but it is not an officially incorporated town. It is in Coconino County, in northern Arizona. The village is located at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and is accessible only by foot or helicopter. It has been home to the Havasupai Indians for hundreds of years, and today it has a post office, a cafe, a lodge, a clinic and a police station.


Havasupai Lodge


The Havasupai Lodge is in Supai Village. This 24-unit lodge features double beds, private bathrooms and air conditioning. However the rooms are not equipped with TVs or telephones. Guests staying in this lodge can enjoy hiking Havasu Canyon, horseback riding around the campground of the village, and visiting Navajo Falls, Havasu Falls, Mooney Falls and Beaver Falls. Havasupai Lodge is located at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and is only accessible by walking, horseback or helicopter.


El Tovar Hotel


El Tovar Hotel is approximately 140 miles away from the Supai Village, in Grand Canyon National Park. This hotel was opened in 1905 and was renovated in 2005. It features 78 rooms and suites. The hotel features a fine-dining restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a curio shop, and a lounge. Nearby attractions include the Desert View Watchtower, Hermits Rest, the Hopi House, the Kolb Studio, Tusayan Museum, and the Yavapai Observation Station. Guests can enjoy activities such as bicycling, birdwatching, wildlife viewing, motorcoach tours, fishing, stargazing, and river rafting while staying at the El Tovar. Nearby restaurants include the Bright Angel, the Canyon Coffee House, Maswik Cafeteria, and the Canyon Cafe. These are all within 15 minutes of the El Tovar Hotel.


Red Feather Lodge


The Red Feather Lodge is 190 miles away from Supai Village. This hotel has two buildings and 216 rooms and suites. The rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access, and some rooms have kitchenettes. The Red Feather Lodge also has a heated outdoor pool, pet-friendly rooms and smoking rooms. Nearby attractions include the Slide Rock State Park, Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument, Arizona Snowbowl, Wupatki National Monument, Museum of North Arizona, Meteor Crater, Lake Powell, and the Petrified Forest National Park.


The Grand Hotel


The Grand Hotel, is 185 miles away from Supai Village, in the town of Grand Canyon. It is a three-story hotel built in 1998. Its 121 rooms are decorated with Southwestern decor and large windows. The rooms feature pillow-top mattresses. The hotel also features indoor swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center, guest laundry, meeting rooms, complimentary Internet connection, and nightly entertainment. The hotel offers helicopter tours, airplane tours, Grand Canyon guided tours, smooth-water float trips down the Colorado River, jeep tours, hiking excursions and horseback riding.
