A wedding is a joyous occasion, and decorating in hot pink and black offers several diverse design themes when combined for a wedding. As a neutral color, black pairs well with most colors, including the vibrant hot pink. Or, for a more romantic look, black tulle is layered over a hot pink tablecloth and gathered at the sides with the gathered section shaped to resemble a flower. One hot pink flower sits in the center. The same fabric and design applies to the chair covers.
