Fishing Shows In Michigan

Fishing shows in Michigan attract enthusiasts of all ages.

Fishing shows host exhibitors who offer fishing-related goods and services, seminars about fishing techniques, live demonstrations by experienced players in the industry, child-friendly events and activities, and entertainment for the whole family. Fishing shows in Michigan bring in both local and national exhibitors and visitors.

Ultimate Fishing Show

The four-day Ultimate Fishing Show takes place at the Rock Financial Showplace in Detroit. The event features live training from industry experts such as Kevin VanDam, an award-winning bass fisherman; Joe Thomas, an expert in smallmouth fishing; and Mark Martin, a top walleye angler.

One of the show's stages is Lake Ultimate, a 110,000-gallon indoor lake stocked with rainbow trout. Live presentations and demonstrations such as fishing from a kayak, innovative boat-loading and launching techniques, and fish-catching secrets are revealed.

The show is open to the public at a cost of $10 for adults and $4 for children between 6 and 16. Children under 5 get in free.
