"Assassin's Creed 2" has a light-hearted mission amidst all the bloodshed and chaos called "CTF," or "Capture the Flag." This is a contest to collect three flags and return them to your home base before your opponent can do the same. You can actually lose twice and still successfully complete this mission, and the path to the flag and back to the home base is straightforward enough that it shouldn't be too much trouble.
Instructions
1. Begin the "CTF" mission and you'll start on a rooftop. Run straight, then angle slightly to the right. Keep going straight, jumping over a small enclosure on one of the roofs.
2. Jump down off of the roof to the flag. It will be at the bottom of this building and will be clearly marked on the map with a blue circle. Your opponent will be marked as a red circle. Run into the flag to pick it up.
3. Run south toward the "home base" icon on the map. Run and climb up the boxes, then jump from the boxes to a series of wooden planks. Jump from the last of these planks to a platform, then climb from here up onto the roof.
4. Climb straight up from here and walk into the glowing circle. You will get a message saying that you scored and that you should get ready for the next round. All of the rounds are the same, so repeat this process to collect the flag again and return it to your home base. Use medicine to heal yourself if you take a lot of damage from jumping off the roof.
5. Repeat the process a third time to capture the third flag and complete the mission. Your opponent will have increased speed after you win two in a row, so he may capture the flag first and win the third round. If this happens, just stick to the plan from your previous two wins as he will lose that extra speed at the start of the fourth round.
